Welcome to Meetune. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Meetune mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Meetune ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Meetune. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may sign in using Apple or Google. You agree not to impersonate others or create accounts for anyone other than yourself.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Post unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or misleading content.
• Use the Service for spam, solicitation, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service or its systems.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Events, groups, and meetups

Meetune helps you discover events and connect with people. You are solely responsible for your interactions and any in-person meetings. We do not vet users and are not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline. Always exercise caution when meeting people.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service. You are responsible for the content you share.

6. Advertising & third parties

The Service may include clearly-labelled advertising and sponsored content from third parties. We are not responsible for the products, services, or claims of advertisers or partners. Any dealings with third parties are solely between you and that third party.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
